Job Description:
In your position as IT program manager, you will develop full-scale applications and projects, from concept and design to implementation and support through management of an Agile/Scrum team. You will assist senior leadership in guiding the overall information technology (IT) strategy by ensuring that all systems and processes align with the overall objectives and operational needs of the organization. You will also lead the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions to drive business growth and efficiency both internally and for external clients. You will also:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, high-quality software to solve the wide ranging needs of our clients with a wide variety of tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in new and existing applications.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to team members.
- Advise senior leadership on technologies for corporate and client use.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure and performance of applications (AWS).
- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Use Microsoft based tools and technologies – Office and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience required, including AWS experience.
- Willingness to research and implement solutions, including AI.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Certified Scrum Master certification desired.
